The hotel is pretty good. I interacted with keshav security supervisor, he is doing an excellent job and maintaining the decorum of the place with all professionalism. I would recommend the hotel and also the car pick and drop service is also good

Hotel: It was nice. Just the shower was leaking but Im sure they can fix that soon. Also, when they gave us the receipt at the end, when we reviewed it in the car, it was another man‘s receipt. If its important to you as a customer, just double check before you leave. Other than that, all good. Staff & Hospitality: **Rahad/Rajad Udin: He‘s very helpful with our luggages & always greets us by the door. Nice happy ***! **Chandra Sharma, executive Chef: Hospitality at its finest! He is always there to make sure that the customers are happy at breakfast and will go the extra mile to do it, that applies for tourists & locals. I have been to a few hotels in different countries and its rare to see someone who gives me a feeling that they actually care about what they do. **In general, most of their staff are good and Im happy. I have no complaints, just some suggestions mentioned above.

Definitely Place to return we loved the palace closed to airport and heat have Mall of Asia closed by the location at the moment of the time by cal can be perfect and the front office are very warm.the alfresco dinning area has Refreshing and chill vibe craft service staff were attentive And ensuserd we had everything we needed Even outdoor. The cosmo restaurant has fantastic food, And the hotel is nice with great personnel.......... Thanks to Mr Yaseen and Sagar from security for assisting me reserve a taxi so i could travel to the mall of Asia.............................

Wonderful stay. I visit with my family for spend some quality time in this hotel. Amazing Hospitality in the Entrance Mr. Gursab singh he is very welcoming person every time smile on his face . Food is really Delicious . And i see the Christmas house it's wonderful my children's are happy to see this .

My first wedding anniversary was celebrated at Hyatt Centric, and it was truly magical. The surprise arrangements in the room made me feel so special and happy. An unforgettable stay that truly felt like home, filled with warmth, comfort, and cherished moments. Cosmo Restaurant impressed me with its delectable cuisine, enchanting ambiance, and top-notch service. The banquet hall, which I initially thought was just for show, turned out to be stunning with its elegant decor and captivating lighting. The highlight was the mesmerizing tree lighting ceremony—a celebration that left me in awe!

Everything was great, clean rooms, Keshav was very helpful and prasenjit was great with security, will return! Food quality, easy to get to my office from here. Really like the gym and the pool. Security protocol was great, and easy pickup for airport
